Solution
Connect the power plug, press the power button

to lighten the power indicator, and press the
steam button.
► Add water again to above the "MIN" mark.
Wait until the temperature indicator is steady on

► Ensure that the hose is not bent.
Send your product to an authorized service

Attach the water tank onto the power base

► Tighten the bottom knob.
