  • Page 3 STEP 1 NOTE: Do not tighten any bolts until assembly is completed. Assemble the base of the rack using 2x Lower Crossbeams, 1x Rear Crossbeam, 2x Lower Ext. Crossbeams, 8x L Brackets, 12x Upright Brackets, and 26x Regular Bolt Sets. Rear Crossbeam Bracket Begins on the 3rd small hole...
  • Page 4 STEP 2 Assemble the top of the rack using 2x Upper Crossbeams, 1x Regular Pullup Bar, 1x Fat Pullup Bar, 4x T Upright Brackets, 4x Upright Brackets, and 8x Long Bolt Sets. NOTE: In the setup below Regular pullup bar will be on the front of the rack and Fat pullup bar in the middle.
  • Page 5 STEP 3 NOTE: Remove the end caps from all of the uprights. You will use four of these in a later step. A flat head screwdriver will work. Assemble 4x Uprights to the base of the rack using 8x Regular Bolt Sets. Keep in mind that everything is not tightened so they will sway a bit.
  • Page 6 STEP 4 With a friend, install top of the rack from Step 2 onto the Uprights using 8x Regular Bolt Sets. One person should hold the top in place while the other goes around to insert bolts. The T Upright Brackets should be toward the back side. T Upright Brackets You can go ahead and add 2 end caps here...
  • Page 7 STEP 5 Now we will setup the extension pieces using 2x Uprights, 2x Upper Ext. Crossbeams, 4x Upright Brackets, and 10x Regular Bolt Sets. NOTE: The Crossbeams will be placed flush with the uprights, not above them. As you can see in the picture they are sitting on top of the uprights, not on the ground.
  • Page 8 STEP 6 The final steps are to connect the extensions pieces to the back of the rack using 8x Regular Bolts and then install each weight peg to the extension using 16x Regular Bolts. You can use another 2 end caps on the back of the rack on the Upper Ext. Crossbeams. Now you may tighten all the bolts up, it will be easiest with a power drill as we include locking nuts with every bolt set.
