Returns and exchanges

Satisfaction is guaranteed on all Lexie products. We
want you to be thrilled, so if you're not satisfied with
your purchase for any reason, simply return it within
the trial period for a full refund.
Important: Do not return any product without
following the returns process, as explained in our

returns-refunds-policy), or you will not be eligible for a
refund.

Update the hearing aids

The hearing aids update automatically when
connected to the Lexie app. When the app prompts
you that an update is available, follow the app
instructions.
