The door/window contact is a magnetic sensor that detects if a door or a window is open. If the hub notice that a door or window is opened or closed, the hub will push a message directly to your smart phone.

Installation location:
Before first use, remove the battery insulation film as shown below.
You need the Housegard Note Hubb GW124NX and Housegard Note app to connect it to the system.

DC324NX comes with a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.(Valid from date of purchase.) The batteries are not covered by the warranty. Liability under the warranty is limited to the value of an equivalent sensor. Defective sensors should be returned to the retailer, along with a description of the problem. If the claim is approved, the faulty goods will be replaced with a new door/window sensor of the same or an equivalent type. Any claim must be accompanied by a receipt confirming the date of purchase.
