MAINTENANCE

1. Change the oil regularly
The oil must be changed regularly, because after several times of use its contents can affect its quality.
2. Cleaning the bowl
Once the deep fryer is cool, disconnect the power cord from the outlet and pour the oil into empty
bowl. Then rinse the fryer with a suitable hot water with detergents. Rinse it with clear water again.
Wipe and dry carefully. Never immerse the housing into water or other liquid.
