3 Ensure the system is regularly emptied and the filter is cleaned. Failure to do so may damage the unit and invalidate your warranty.
3 When not in use turn the mains power supply off and ensure the air supply is turned off.
p WARNING! ensure you turn the air supply of before detaching the air hose from the vacuum system.
3 Dispose of waste products in accordance with local authority regulations.

DESCRIPTION & SPECIFICATIONS
Your system consists of a high quality industrial vacuum cleaner with an automatic switch which will allow you to use an air or electrical tool
remotely from the dust extraction unit. When the task is complete the dust system will continues to operate for a further 10 seconds clearing
remaining dust. The system will operate two air tools, or one air tool and one electrical tool at the same time. In automatic mode the dust free
vacuum system will only operate when the attached tool is operated.

CONTENT & ASSEMBLY
3.1.
Content.
Carefully unpack the product and check contents against the
damaged or missing parts contact your supplier immediately.
1.
Main body unit.
2.
“Y” connector for dust hose.
3.
Combined air and dust extraction hose.
4.
Air Sander Model MA150AS. (DFS91A only, not supplied with the DFS91B).
Check inside main drum to ensure there is a dust bag and filter included.
Note: Model DFS91B consists of part 1,2, 3, filter only.
IMPORTANT: See chapter 4 for details of external air supply system.

3.2.
Assembly
Insert the “Y” connector (fig 2 & fig 3 A) into the unit intake socket by
depressing button (B). Releasing the button will hold the “Y” connector in place.
3.2.2. For one tool use.
Push dust extraction hose (fig 3 C) onto one of the “Y” inlet tube end and seal the
other tube with the rubber plug located at the end of the chain (D).
3.2.3. For two tool use
Attached the vacuum hose from each tool to each of the “Y” inlet tubes, allowing
the rubber plug to hang on its chain.
3.3.
Connecting an Electrically operated tool
3.3.1. Press the vacuum operating switch (fig 4 & fig 5. 1) to the “Automatic” mode (II).
3.3.2. Once the dust extraction hose has been connected to the vacuum system as in 3.2,
connect the other end of the extraction hose to the tool (fig 6. E).
3.3.3. Plug the tools electrical cable into the vacuum systems power socket located in the system head (fig 5. 2).
WARNING! DO NOT plug the tool into any electrical supply other than the vacuum system’s (fig 5. 2.)
3.3.4. Take the vacuum system’s electrical cable and plug into the mains power supply and switch the power on.

3.3.5. The unit is now ready for use and will automatically activate when you turn the tool on.
3.4.
Connecting an Air operated tool
3.4.1.
Press the operating switch (fig 4 & fig 5. 1) to the “Automatic” mode (II).
3.4.2. Once the dust extraction hose has been connected to the vacuum system as in 3.2, connect the other end of the extraction hose to tool (fig 6. E).
3.4.3. Connect air hose into tools air coupling (fig 6. F) and other end into vacuum system air outlet coupling (fig 5.3. & fig 7. 2).
3.4.4. Fit an external air line system onto the vacuum system air inlet (fig 7. 1). (see chapter 4 for air supply information) seal with a hose clip
and turn the air supply on.
3.4.5. Take the vacuum system’s electrical cable and plug into the mains power supply and switch the power on.
3.4.6. The unit is now ready for use and will automatically activate when you turn the tool on.
