TROUBLESHOOTING
If your air purifier is not working properly, please check the following before
sending it for repair.
Problem
The device does not work.
Bad smell released from the
air outlet of the device.
The purification effect is not
significant, and the air quality
is not significantly improved.
The device is too noisy

Can't fit the filter
Note
If problems persist despite taking the measures above, please contact the
repair shop or technical service center provided by our service center. Do not
disassemble and repair by yourself to avoid danger and damage to the device.
Cause
A. No power supply.

adsorption volume is
saturated.
