1.0 FOREWARD This manual is issued to supply the technicians and operators in charge of the commissioning, running and maintenance of the machine with simple and clear instructions. We recommend to carefully read these instructions before starting any operating activities for the first time.
Use of the instruction manual Before starting the operating activities for which the machine is intended, the operator must have fully red and perfectly understood these instructions, with specific attention to the devices for operator safety, the risks of noise emission and the general accident prevention rules set forth by international directives and the laws in force.

The machine must be positioned correctly in order to ensure correct operation (figure 9). The machine mounted on pivoting wheels might be moved accidentally, care must be given to prevent accidental movements.

3.1.4.2 Hydraulic connections 1. Connect the water supply pipe to the water connection (3/4”) (1, Figure 13) 2. Prepare the oil vat (3) and connect the pipe to the waste pump (2) for waste discharge. Nozzles adjustment, paste feeding revs and decanter adjustment Before adjusting the nozzles it is important to be sure that you are working to a wrong number. Open the door and adjust the decanter nozzles using the screwdriver supplied with the machine. This device allows to reach the best performance of the machine regulating the quantity of paste per minute fed to the decanter.
