    1.0 FOREWARD This manual is issued to supply the technicians and operators in charge of the commissioning, running and maintenance of the machine with simple and clear instructions. We recommend to carefully read these instructions before starting any operating activities for the first time.

    The CENTRIFUGE/DECANTER, powered by an electric motor connected to the crusher, separates the oil from the water and from the waste (2 phases process). A special motorized SCREW allows the WASTE discharge. The oil comes out from a FREE OIL OUTLET PIPE. Equipment and safety systems used 1.

The machine must be positioned correctly in order to ensure correct operation (figure 9). The machine mounted on pivoting wheels might be moved accidentally, care must be given to prevent accidental movements.

  • Page 32 Nozzles adjustment, paste feeding revs and decanter adjustment Before adjusting the nozzles it is important to be sure that you are working to a wrong number. Open the door and adjust the decanter nozzles using the screwdriver supplied with the machine. This device allows to reach the best performance of the machine regulating the quantity of paste per minute fed to the decanter.
