How do I send a text to 2 contacts at a time

Joanne and Art Hiscox
April 23, 2025

My relative has this phone. It sometimes will not ring but calls go to voicemail and we cannot contact her. Has she accidentally been able to put the phone on airplane mode or something? We cannot see answers in the manual. It seems to come back when we turn the phone on and off or check calls. What is she doing wrong?
