  • Page 3 F I T T I N G A N D A S S E M B L Y I N S T R U C T I O N S S T E P 1 Decide on the location for AIRLOK, taking into consideration the type and size of bike(s) it will secure and the type of wall it is being fixed to.
  • Page 4 ST EP 3 55 - 60m m 1 5mm Using a 15mm masonry drill bit (if using the supplied anchor bolts) drill each hole 55-60mm deep. Make sure these are clean and drilled level. Always vacuum out drilled holes before installing the anchor bolts.
  • Page 5 Note: Once ball bearings are hammered into allen key holes, removal of the AIRLOK unit is not possible without damage to the wall or AIRLOK itself. Remember: if you’re unsure please call us, refer to our website www.hiplok.com or ask a professional for help.
  • Page 6 S T E P 6 S T E P 7 Once the frame is secure on the wall, lift on the plastic Screw in the 4 allen bolts to body and slide into place. Ensure the plastic body is the secure the plastic body to the correct way up and it fully covers the frame on the sides.
