Neither cables I received fit into the monitor to charge it???????? How do I charge it, I can charge the base no problem but not the monitor??

@Mr. Anderson I've tried. This is the cord that doesn't even fit into it. The other cord that came with was a type C and so that doesn't fit either. I'm so lost.
