Installation Step 1: Select a Location for Installation When determining a position to install the TV set, ensure the area is: • Well ventilated and away from moisture. • Protected from abnormal heat and away from direct sunlight. • Away from excessive dust, debris or grease. WARNING: If the TV is not positioned or installed in a sufficiently safe and stable location, it can create a potential hazard by falling or by being pulled down. - Page 10 Installation (cont.) Main Menu Selecting an Input Source Press the INPUT button, located on the bottom rear of the TV (No. 1 in the Keypad Buttons) or on the remote control, to display the Input Source menu, as illustrated below. • Press the buttons to select the desired input source, and then press the button to confirm your selection. -

Main Menu (cont.) Scheduled Recording The scheduled recording function allows you to set up your TV to automatically record digital TV channels, or to be reminded to change the channel at a certain time so that you don’t miss your favourite TV programs. -

IMPORTANT: Before you can record with this TV or use time shift function, you must insert a compatible USB drive into one of the USB ports of the TV. NOTE: The USB drive is not included with your Signify® TV.
