HIELSPOOR NACHTSPALK
Omschrijving: De Pro Orthic hielspoor nachtspalk is speciaal ontworpen voor de conservatieve behandeling
van hielspoor, peesplaatklachten en achillespees klachten. De gebruiksvriendelijke sluitingen zorgen voor
eenvoudig aan- en uittrekken. Inclusief foam wedge voor dorsaalflexie tenen.

Indicaties: Fasciitis Plantaris (Peesplaatontsteking,
Achillespees klachten, Dorsaal flexie beperking
Gebruiksaanwijzing:
1. Open alle sluitingen. Plaats vervolgens de voet in
de spalk met de knie in een gebogen positie om zo
de gewenste mate van dorsiflexie te bereiken.
2. Bevestig eerst de enkelband (A). Pas de lengte
van het klittenband aan tot de spalk comfortabel zit.
Trek de bandjes niet te strak aan.
3. Als gevoelloosheid, tinteling of ander ongemak
wordt ondervonden, maak de banden losser totdat
deze wel comfortabel aanvoelen.
4. Herhaal stap 2 en 3 voor de voetriem (B).
5. Strek de knie uit om de strakheid van de enkel- en
voetriem en controleren, pas de riemen waar nodig
aan. Herhaal nu stap 2 en 3 voor de kuitriem (C).
6. De dorsiflexie riemen (D) aan de zijkant kunnen
geleidelijk worden aangepast om de hoek van de
voet kleiner of groter te maken.

een getrainde professional aangelegd te worden.

worden gebruikt of gecombineerd worden met een

Dagelijks gebruik en toepassingsduur dienen door
de arts te worden bepaald. Overmatig en langdurig
gebruik kan spierzwakte veroorzaken. Raadpleeg
altijd uw arts voor het juiste draagschema.

NIGHT SPLINT
Description: The Pro Orthic Night Splint is specially designed for the conservative treatment of heel spurs,
tendon plate complaints and Achilles tendon complaints. The user-friendly closures make it easy to put on and
take off. Includes foam wedge for dorsiflexion toes.

Indications: Plantar fasciitis (Teninitis, Achilles
tendon complaints, Dorsal flexion limitation
Manual:
1. Open all latches. Then place the foot in the splint
with the knee in a bent position to achieve the
desired degree of dorsiflexion.
2. Attach the ankle strap (A) first. Adjust the length of
the Velcro until the splint is comfortable. Do not pull
the straps too tight.
3. If numbness, tingling, or other discomfort is
experienced, loosen the straps until they feel
comfortable.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the foot strap (B).
5. Extend the knee to check the tightness of the
ankle and foot straps and adjust the straps as
necessary. Now repeat steps 2 and 3 for the calf
strap (C).
6. The side dorsiflexion straps (D) can be gradually
adjusted to decrease or increase the angle of
the foot.
