Maintenance

1. If device is not used for a period of time, turn off power, unplug adapter. Plug in adapter, turn on power
and allow reboot
2. Use a soft cloth to clean the camera cover
3. Use a soft cloth to clean the lens. Do not use strong or corrosive cleanser to avoid damage

Troubleshooting

No picture
1. Check that the USB cable is connected to the device and the computer
2. Power cycle the device
3. Restart the computer
4. Uninstall the device in the device manager and reinstall
