Press C/F –58 to 482°F button to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius Resolution: 0.1° temperature. Insert probe into the material to be Accuracy: ±0.5°C (-20 to 200°C), measured and read display.
- Page 3 MAX/MIN MEMORY To view maximum temperature reached since activating unit, press MAX/MIN button. “MAX” appears on display to indicate the maximum temperature recorded. Press MAX/MIN button a second time within 3 seconds to view the minimum temperature reached since activating unit.

If so, simply reset the product to resume normal operation by following the instruction manual. PRODUCT RESET Product is effected by electro magnetic interference on occasion.
