    IR1759-MK5-AT3130-EDCONT MINIRAY 4. Installation 4.1 Installation and Set-Up Unpacking Remove any packaging and inspect the IR1759-MK5 MINIRAY Heat Tool for any damage. Check that all items have been supplied. Report any damaged parts or missing items to your supplier. Retain all packing materials. These will be required if you need to return the item for repair.

The procedure for changing the aperture is the same whichever kit is being fitted: 1. Switch OFF the Controller and disconnect it from the mains supply.

    IR1759-MK5-AT3130-EDCONT MINIRAY 6.2 Gun Maintenance Cleaning Front Reflector and Outer Filter Face Cleaning – Heat from the lamp is directed by the reflectors and is concentrated in the heating zone in the front reflector. Contamination of the reflectors or the filter will decrease the efficiently of the tool. Therefore, they should be periodically inspected for cleanliness.
