adapter. Place the water sensor
near spots at risk for water leaks
or flooding.
Device quickly flashes a green
light to indicate it has turned on.

Hold the button until it
turns blue.

This will make the device
broadcast a WiFi network named
'Watchdog Setup WiFi'.
Device light turns blue to indicate
the device's Setup WiFi network
has been turned on.

Connect to Setup WiFi.
Use your phone, laptop, or tablet
to connect to the WiFi network
named 'Watchdog Setup WiFi'.
Device light turns purple to
indicate you have connected to
the device's Setup WiFi network.

Setup portal will open
automatically.
Within 30 sec of connecting to the
Setup WiFi network, the setup
portal should pop-up automatically
on your phone, tablet, or laptop.
If the setup portal does not open after one minute,
you can access it with your web browser:
- Stay connected to the 'Watchdog Setup WiFi'
- Open your web browser
- Go to http://192.168.3.3

Follow the steps in the
setup portal.
When setup is complete, the light
will turn off. The device will now be
monitoring your home for water,
temperature, and humidity
problems.
Setup complete!
Access your device online
Check the status of your home from anywhere at
watchdogprotect.com
Online access is included with your device. Create a free
account on our website to check temperature, humidity, and
water presence any time 24/7. You can also manage when and
how you are alerted to any detected problems.

Is there a way to put something under my my iPhone contacts that will automatically attach me to my monitor to view current conditions.
You cannot set up your iPhone contacts to automatically connect to the WatchDog Home Monitor. However, you can monitor current conditions by accessing the online portal. To set up the device:
1. Plug in the device using the USB wall adapter.
2. Hold the button on the device for about 3 seconds until the light turns blue.
3. Connect your iPhone to the WiFi network named "WatchdogSetupWiFi."
4. If the setup portal does not open automatically, open a browser and go to http://192.168.3.3.
5. Follow the steps in the setup portal.
