- Page 2 Set the throttle reversing switch to reverse on Futaba transmitters and to normal on most other transmitters. Connect the Aquapower speed controller to the throttle channel on the receiver, ensure that the speed controller is switched “OFF” and then turn “ON” the transmitter.
