Error 02 (Fault Code E-02) on the Micno KE300A Series indicates "Over current when acceleration." This can be caused by:

1. Short-circuit or ground fault at inverter output.
2. Vector control mode used without motor parameter identification.
3. Acceleration time is too short.
4. Incorrect manual torque boost or V/F curve.
5. Low voltage.
6. Starting a running motor.
7. Sudden load added during acceleration.
8. Inverter capacity is too small.

Recommended solutions:

1. Check motor for damage, insulation wear, or cable damage.
2. Identify motor parameters.
3. Increase acceleration time.
4. Adjust torque boost or V/F curve.
5. Ensure voltage is within normal range.
6. Use speed tracking start or stop motor before starting.
7. Remove sudden load.
8. Use an inverter with appropriate capacity.
