    But if left overnight, the user will notice they have less battery capacity when they wake the device than it did when they shut it down. If the Solo is going to be left idle for any significant period of time, completely power down the device by holding the power button down for a few seconds.

    10 minutes or more, install a fresh battery then set the Solo in a cradle for a half-hour or longer so that the backup battery can re-charge without taxing the main battery.
