Hi, We have a Creone Keybox 9400SC and it has been running on Keywin5 fine but now the panel just says "synchronising" and no other buttons can be pushed on the panel. We have tried re-powering, and replaced the backup battery with a new one but every time it boots up, it comes up with the prompt for the master key pin (just after all the clicking) but before you have time to enter anything on the keypad, the display changes to just "synchronysing" and then nothing else can be entered and it stays like that forever. Is there a way to hard reset the cabinet or stop this synchronising loop?
