5.5 Security

The Security Menu allows you to secure the phone
electronically.
1. Press [MENU],
2. Enter the four-digit lock code.
The lock code is the last 4 digits of your mobile
phone number if it is set.
The lock code is the last 4 digits of ESN DEC if
your mobile phone number is not set.

5.5.1 Lock Mode

Keeps your phone from unauthorized use. Once
the phone is locked, it's in restricted mode until
the lock code is entered. You can receive phone
calls and still make emergency calls. You can
modify the lock code using the New Lock code
within the Security Menu.
1. Press [MENU],
2. Enter the four-digit lock code.
3. Press Lock Mode.
