Assembly Instructions for the Collapsible T-Cart
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: Any MEC Clay Target Machine must be in the disarmed state with the battery disconnect-
ed prior to making any adjustments, loading the clay targets or transportation of the machine.
T-CART HARDWARE KIT
(1) - HDW2028 FLAT WASHERS
(2) - HDW2034 HEX FLANGE NUT
(3) - HDW2047 HEX FLANGE NUT
(4) - HDW2050 CARRIAGE BOLT
(5) - HDW5004N HEX HEAD BOLT
(6) - HDW6211 HEX HEAD BOLT
(7) - HDW9308 CARRIAGE BOLT
Slide the Tongue Tube (E) onto the tongue
Step 1 -
of the T-Cart Sub-Weld (B). Secure using two (6)
HDW6211 bolts and two (2) HDW2034 flange nuts
provided. (Fig 3)
Secure the Hitch Plate (G ) and the Bent
Step 2 -
Hitch Plate (F ) to the Tongue Tube (E) using two (6)
HDW6211 bolts and two (2) HDW2034 flange nuts
provided. (Fig 3)
Apply battery tray (H) to the tongue tube (E)
Step 3 -
using two (4) HDW2050 bolts and two (3) HDW2047
flange nuts.
Note: If installing a wobble clay target machine
onto the t-cart, the battery tray must be rotated 90
degrees and bolted on.
