    Warnings Alwaysunplug the power cable fromthe outlet when not in use or before adjustmentsand maintenance are performed. Do not useor keep the machine outside in wet conditions,and avoid direct exposureto rain. Do not hold the plug ormachine with wet hands.     PACKAGINGSPECIFICATIONS ANDDIMENSIONS The Floorwashmachineisdelivered in aprotective packaging. Ensure that the packaging isfully intact andthat thereare nosignsoftemperingwhenthe productistakenover. In caseofdamage,the customershall notify ourcustomer service immediately. MACHINE UNPACKING Follow the procedurebelow: 1 Place thepackagingonthefloor/worktable softlybylaying it downontheright part. 2 Openthe externalcardboardbyusingapairofscissors,whennecessary.(Donot useanutility knife).

    MACHINEASSEMBLY Follow the procedure below: The Floorwash machinehasafast assemblysystemsinceno tools arerequired. Donotuse anytoolto avoidinjuriesordamagetothemachine. 1 Place the bodyofthe machineonastable surface without slopes. 2 Insert the handlein the axleofthe machinebody. CLACK! 3 Insertthe tankinthe handleatthe desired height (3differentheights). CLACK! 4 Insertthesmall transparent watertubeintherelief valve situatedonthelowerpart ofthetank.

    HOW TOGET STARTED The Floorwashmachineisamechanicalcollection devicethat canachieve excellent resultseven with theuseof waterwithout detergent. An excellent result is achieved with theuseof specificdetergents. Themachinecomes with universal brushes(gr 0.12).Anyway,it ispossibletorequest specificbrushes toourcustomerserviceaccordingtothetypeofsurfacetobe treated. Usefoam-controlled detergents toavoid excessive foaming. Do notusepure acids. Wearprotectiveglovesbeforehandlingdetergents,alkaline oracidsolutions toavoid hand injuries.

    ON/OFF Beforethe start-upof the device,checkthat the electrical cordand the machineare not malfunctioninginanyway.Ifthisisnot thecase,donotusethe deviceand contactour servicecentre assoon aspossible. 1 Insert the plugin a230-voltwalloutlet. 2 Pressthe kick-startpedal situated atthe bottom- right sideofthemachine. It isimportant topressthekick-start pedalcompletelybefore loweringthetanktowards you,so astoavoidanydamagetothecentral axleof themachinebody. 3Whilepressing the kick-startpedal, lowerthe tank towardsyouslowly.Atthis point,the machine will switchonautomaticallyandbrusheswill start...

    FUNCTIONING Checkthat all stepsdescribedabovehavebeencompletedcorrectly beforeusingthe machine. Beforestarting thewashingprocedurewith themachine,removeany solidresidualsuchas dustlumps,stones,glass,paperetc.fromthesurfacewhichhastobetreated. 1 Afterthe engine hasturnedon,movethe machinebackandforth with linear movements. Thelever placedbeneaththehandlewill allow youtodispensethe liquid previouslypouredin the tank. Theengineofthismachinehasasafetydevicethat will turnthemachineoffintheevent ofanoverload.Inthiscase,restthemachinefor15minutes,andthencontinuefrom where you left off. Iftheengine doesnot function properly,contact ourservicecentre. Donot makecircular movementswiththemachinesothat itcancollectthedispensed liquid.
  • Page 13 3 Therecoveryofthe dispensedliquid occurs automatically bymeansofmechanicalcollection. Theliquidwill flow intothe wastesituatedinthe lowerpart ofthemachine. Itisimportant toemptythe waste when the seep liquidreaches the maximummarkprinted onthe back of the waste, thus avoidinganaccidental releaseof the same.

    TRANSPORT To transport the machinesafely,follow thesesteps: Checkthatthetankisplaced inavertical positionbeforemovingthemachine. Theelectrical cordshall beunplugged fromtheoutlet. 1The machinehastwo rubberwheelssituated inthe lowerpart.By pulling thetanktowards you,without pressingthe kick-start pedal, thefrontpartofthemachinewill belifted up, CLACK! guaranteeinganeasytransportation. Iftheliquid inthewastehasreachedthehighestlevel, itisnecessaryto empty itbefore carrying the machine. 2It ispossibletolift the entiremachineup,inorder tomoveit toanupperfloorofthe house,by usingthe designatedslit situatedonthelower part ofthetank.
  • Page 15 1 Openthe uppercoverofthe machinebypushing the two lateral hooksup. 2 Removeandemptythedirty water waste.Washit with runningwater and,if necessary,useaspatula toremoveanyresidualfromthe bottom. Thestainless-steel sheetwelded to thewasteisnotremovable. Donot tryto removeit. 3Unhookthe uppercoverandwashit gently with runningwater.Check that the driptrayandthe watertube arenotclogged. 4 Unhookanddrainthe clean water tank2 fromanyresidual ofwater and/ordetergent.

    MAINTENANCE Aregularmaintenance keepsthe machinesafeandalwaysreadyto use.Carryoutthe following operations: Beforecarryingout anyoperation, checkthat the electrical cordis unpluggedfromtheoutlet. 1 Keepthe machineinasafeplacetoensureits maintenance. Wear protectivegloveswhencarryingout theseoperations,inorderto avoid direct contact withmetal edges or sharpplasticparts. 2 Unhookthe handle fromthe machinebodyand placeit onaworktable. 3Unhook the uppercoverofthe machineand washit thoroughlywith running water.

    4 Remove thebrushesbypressing thebutton placedontheleft sideofthe machine. Use adamp cloth toclean the internal sides ofthemachinewhile checking that seals arenotclogged. Donot cleanthemachine withsteam cleaners. TROUBLESHOOTINGTIPS Thefollowing areexamplesofsomeproblemsthat mayarise.
