    ’ NSTALLATION OS AND 3.1 P OWER The device MUST be wired to its own power supply and not connected/shared with an existing power pickup point. We recommend that the vehicle power pickup points should be located using the vehicle manufactures instructions.

    UNCTIONS 5.1 A UTOMATIC OOTING Once the VT2500 has been wired to your vehicle power source, the VT2500 will boot up. This will take around 1 minute for the unit to be ready to record. Please note, the unit will not start recording immediately after the power is on. It takes around 1 minute for the built-in power backup system to charge.

    NSTALLATION 6.1 P REPARATION 1. Park your vehicle on a flat level surface. 2. Turn off the engine before installing the VT2500. 6.2 H ARDWARE Attach the VT2500 to the windscreen using the provided double sided 3M pad. The surface must be clean and dry before you install the camera. We recommend you install the product behind the rear view mirror on the front windshield.

    6.5 D EVICE OMMISSIONING 1. Leave the vehicle and camera on for 5 minutes after calibration 2. Call VisionTrack on 01246 223 152 to commission the device. Please have the following information ready: o Vehicle Registration o Device DRID – found on the device’s green sticker o Policy name 3.
