I have tried everything I can to get the Cap off. Used it once - let it cool down, tried to remove the Cap. Pushed the lock- wouldn’t Open. Pushed the Lock the other direction- nothing. Went back and forth- with the Lock. Nothing. Now I’m frustrated. Help me!
