Step 1: Position the Mount The Dash Strap Mount works by tightening itself against the vehicle dash via 4 adjustable rubber bumpers, and 3 adjustable nylon straps that tension the mount tight to the dash. To begin the install process, find an appropriate spot on the dash that the adjustable rubber bumpers can rest against without causing any damage to the vehicle.

Step 2: Attach Straps Windshield vent First attach the top strap to the vehicle by hooking the end into a secure location near the windshield (usually the windshield vents). Now slightly tighten the strap by pulling on the loose end so that the mount hangs in your desired location.

Step 2 continued Install the bottom straps by attaching to the lip of the upper foot well trim of the vehicle. Foot well trim (passenger side, below glove box).

Step 2 Continued Next, position the driver side lower strap Lower foot well trim (driver side, under steering wheel) Now tighten the lower straps by pulling on the loose ends of the strap. Watch to make sure that the rubber bumpers are still located where you want them.

Step 3: Final Adjustments If required, adjust the length of the rubber bumpers by turning them in or out to ensure the bumpers are a tight fit against the dash. Adjust length in or out if required Do a final tightening of all straps if required, and tie or wrap excess strapping to prevent interference with vehicle controls.

Finished Installation is now complete. Note that the mount allows for 90 degree rotation for portrait or landscape viewing on the fly, and has a stop bolt that allows the unit to rotate so that the charging cable is never towards the steering wheel.

Removal Removing the Dash Strap Mount is as easy as pulling the lip of the buckle away from the strap, and loosening the strapping. Note that this is only required for the bottom two straps. Once the bottom straps are loosened, simply un-hook the top strap from the vent, and remove the mount.
