If the head up and down buttons on the I-care IC333 hospital bed are not working, possible issues include:
1. Pendant Button Misuse: Pressing buttons too quickly or multiple buttons at once can prevent the desired feature from activating. Release the button, pause briefly, then try again.
2. Electrical Problems: Check for damaged cords or plugs. Ensure cables are not entangled, pinched, or near hot surfaces.
3. Connection Issues: Recheck all electrical and mechanical connections.
4. Component Failure: If problems continue, contact a qualified technician for examination and repair.

ICCC bed, the orange button keeps flashing. Why would this be? I have checked it the bed is plugged in correctly and there doesn't; seem to be any loose cables.
