Tap on Lock/Unlock (SMS) Button
Note:
SMS command will only work if the mobile number of the phone (Where app is installed) is
registered as 3 pre-configured numbers. To Check that Follow the below method.
1. Go to Navigation Panel ( Right Top Corner )
2. Click on Device configuration
3. Select your target JIDO
4. Click on Authorized Number Button
5. Check your Mobile number is already configured or not
6. if required change it
