ASSEMBLY. UNPLUG WHEN REPLACING THE LAMP BULB.

(E) Column
(F) Post Height Adjustment
(G) Upper Arc Arm and socket assembly
(H) Shade
(I) Ring nut
(J) Counter weight arm
(K) LED Bulb
Assembly Instructions:
1. Carefully unpack carton and place all parts on a soft, smooth surface. Inventory all
parts.
2. Thread Part B onto Part A while gently pulling excess cord thru Part A base.
3. Thread Part C onto Part B while gently pulling excess cord thru Part A base.
4. Thread Part D onto Part C while gently pulling excess cord thru Part A base.
5. Note, Part E is preinstalled into Part D. IMPORTANT, leave Part F tightened and
thread Part G onto Part E while gently pulling excess cord thru Part A base.
6. Thread Part J onto Part G.
7. Remove Part I from Part G socket assembly.
8. Place Part H Shade onto Part G and reinstall Part I Ring nut.
9. Screw Part K, bulb into socket.
Use LED bulb (included) or Type A 100 watt max bulb (not-included).
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other),
as a safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock.
This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way.
If it does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug.
If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted.
Do not alter this plug.
Care and Maintenance
To clean, wipe with a soft dry cloth.
