  • Page 2 3. INSTALLATION 3. INSTALLATION 3.1. SAFETY RULES FOR MACHINE LIFTING 1. Pay special attention to the balance of the machine while lifting. 2. Use a forklift with sufficient loading capacity to lift the machine. 3. Have another person help guide the way when lifting the machine. 4.
  • Page 3 3. INSTALLATION 3.5. INSTALLATION AND LEVELLING Install this machine on a solid and level concrete floor. Leave proper space around the machine for handling the materials to be machined. Four steel pads are furnished with the machine, which are to be placed under the levelling screws at the four corners. After the machine has been located at a proper work site, proper leveling needs to be made.
  • Page 4 3. INSTALLATION 3.6. POWER SUPPLY REQUIREMENT Insufficient voltage from factory power source may affect the power output of the motor and the function of the controller. It is important to connect this machine to the correct voltage in the factory power source.
  • Page 5 3. INSTALLATION 3.7. CONNECT POWER SOURCE WIRES 1. Before connecting the power wires make sure the voltage between the machine and your factory power source is the same. 2. Connect the power wires to the L1, L2, L3 connection points inside the electrical control box.
