    This operating manual has been written for the DEGER systems D25H, D60H, D80 and D100. It is part of the product and must be kept over the entire lifetime of the DEGER systems. If the DEGER is passed on to a third party, the assembly manual must also be passed on.

    The DEGER systems has been designed and dimensioned for use with standard photovoltaic modules. With its patented control and the patent protected mechanics, the DEGER systems exactly follows the sun at any time, or, in the case of a cloudy sky, manoeuvres to the point of highest light intensity. The MLD-control is designed to work with maximum efficiency and to perform only such movements, which will result in an immediate increase in yield.

Appropriate hoisting gear (forklift truck, excavator, crane), can be used for unloading at the site and only be operated by trained personnel who have been specially instructed for this purpose.

    The solar modules must not be arranged in any other way, than described in the module configuration layout from DEGER. The total module surface is determined with the DEGER planning tool, specifically for the location. Defects caused by failing to comply with the module configuration layout are not covered under warranty.

    Specific fastening materials, which may possibly be prescribed by the module manufacturer, and the necessary information are not part of the scope of delivery from DEGER. The permissible fastening of the modules must be clarified with the module manufacturer beforehand.

    Initiate the inspection for free movement In order to make sure, that the mechanics of the DEGER systems are freely moveable and that all cables are long enough and the limit switches turn off the motors, one must move through the complete distance of the EMO and azimuth drive.

    Customer carries the transport costs of the defective and the new parts.The return shipment has to be adequate post- paid. Freight collect packets will not be accepted. Replaced spare parts become the property of DEGER. In the event that the return has not taken place in the described time frame, all parts will be inevitably and irrevocably due for payment.

     After two years, then every five years: Lubricate the gearbox through the internal and external grease nipples. From the factory the system is filled with the DEGER grease.     1. Use a conventional (12 to 26 V DC) rechargeable battery to move the DEGER systems to horizontal position with the help of the CCB. Connect both wires of the elevation drive with the (+) and (-) poles of the rechargeable battery to do so.
