    ASSEMBLY AND USER GUIDE PORTABLE DEIONIZED WATER SYSTEM BEFORE INSTALLATION Please inspect the system and components inside the box to make sure nothing is damaged during ship- ping. If the system or any of the components are damaged, please stop the installation and contact Global Water Solutions for support.

    ZeroSpot Portable Deionized Water System INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. To install Part E (front stabilizer) with Part C (cart main structure), open the kit bag #1. Use 4mm Allen key to secure two M6 x 34mm hex bolts on one end, place a (1) 16Ø M6 flat washer first and then (2) M6 spring lock washer before the (3) nut and use the 10mm wrench to tighten the nut.

Align the axle assembly with the cart main structure to ensure the foot pedal is facing out. Align the bracket with the cart’s main structure, the welded nut should face toward the back (See Fig. 5.2) Use 5mm Allen key to secure M8 x 19mm hex bolts to install the bracket to the main cart structure.

Use 5mm Allen key to secure the M8 x 25mm hex bolt, place M6 washer first and then the M6 spring washer before securing the bolts. Use the 12mm wrench to install the M8 nut on the other end.
  • Page 12 ASSEMBLY AND USER GUIDE PORTABLE DEIONIZED WATER SYSTEM Please note: ensure to align the white housing bracket’s opening with the black housing bracket’s female thread (See Fig. 6.4). If it is not aligned when the bolts and nuts are installed, a clear gap can be observed between the two brackets.
  • Page 13 ZeroSpot Portable Deionized Water System 8. Place a towel underneath the housing. Turn housing wrench clockwise to loosen the housings. (See Fig. 8.1). Each housing weighs roughly 4 kg. Use both hands to manually unscrew the housing from the cap.. Completely unscrew the housing from the cap.

Check the housing O-ring to ensure it is properly seated in the O-ring gland (See Fig. 8.5) and the car- tridges gasket is seated on the top lid (See Fig. 8.6), then reinstall the housing back to the cap screwing counterclockwise.

Hardness measured as TDS, will determine the amount of deionized water your ZeroSpot system can produce.
