TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Possible Cause
1. Not connected to a power source.
2. Power cord or plug is defective.
3. Other electrical defect to the machine.
4. Safety lock button is not pressed.
1. Extension cord is not suitable for
operation with this machine.
2. Power source has low voltage.
3. Air vents are blocked
1. Cutting device is worn down.
2. Scarified material exceeds the ma-
chine's capacity.
3. Scarifying depth is incorrect.
Solution
1. Connect to a power source.
2. Contact customer service at 1-800-232-1195.

4. Press the safety lock button and the switch
lever at the same time for start up.
