Single Access Cover Removal The RP cover is spring loaded and sealed by the diaphragm. Hold cover firmly while removing 6 screws. The DC cover has no spring load and is o-ring sealed (quad ring).

Check Valve Removal Modules are o-ring sealed and secured by a retainer. Slide retainer straight out of the body. Modules can be removed by hand or with a flat screwdriver.

Disassemble Check Module ½” - 1” Module is spring loaded. Locate the 3 tabs on the side of the check module. Use small flat head screwdriver to press each tab toward the outlet of the check module. Hold spring retainer securely during disassembly.

Disassemble Check Module 1 ¼” - 2” Module is spring loaded. Grasp the check with both hands and turn the spring retainer counter-clockwise. The seat, spring and disc assembly are free once the spring retainer has been removed.

Check Seat Replacement The seat is a part of the check module. If the seat has been damaged, the module must be replaced.

Check Disc Replacement ½” - 1” Pry the check disc from the disc retainer. 1 ¼” - 2” Remove the screw from the disc retainer.

Check Valve Reassembly Notes Reassemble check modules in reverse order. ½” - 1” modules make sure the tabs line up with slots when pressing together. If check retainer does not slide into place easily, make sure checks are seated properly.

RV Stem Removal The RV stem and spring are situated between the check valves and are free once the single access cover is removed.

RV Seat Removal Unless damaged, there is no need to remove the seat. The seat is pushed firmly into the body and is o-ring sealed.

RV Stem Disassembly Remove the screw at the top of the stem. Remove the upper plate, diaphragm and lower plate. An o-ring is located under the bottom plate on the stem.

RV Stem Disassembly The RV disc is on the lower stem and held in place by the stem fin guide. ¾” - 1” The stem fin guide is not removable. The disc must be pulled out from around the guide. 1 ¼”...

RV Stem Reassembly Make sure ridge on diaphragm is facing down. Lubricate the upper stem o-ring. Do not over tighten the RV screw.

Reassembly Notes Make sure sensing line o-ring is in place. The RV stem will insert through the hole of the retainer and the spring will rest on top of the the retainer. The diaphragm ridge must line up with the groove on the body and cover.
