Keep plenty of CrossWave® formulas on hand so you can clean whenever it fits your schedule.
Only use CrossWave formulas in your machine. Other formulas or household cleaners may harm
the machine. Do not use hard floor formula on area rugs or carpet.

Hold the groove at the
top of the tank and pivot it
backwards.

Add warm tap water (140°F/60°C max) and BISSELL formula.
The Large Area fill lines are for areas up to 100 sq meters.
The Small Area fill lines are for areas under 50 sq meters.
*Compatible BISSELL formulas include: Multi-Surface, Wood Floor, Area Rug, PET Multi-Surface with Ambipur, Hard Floor Sanitise

Unscrew the cap from the
clean water tank.

Screw cap back on. Align
bottom of the tank with grooves
and pivot until it clicks into place.
