Sprayer pump is not turning on but the red light is blinking. It has power to the system and it’s full.

The red light blinking indicates that the liquid is low and the drum needs to be refilled. The Float Switch automatically shuts the system off when the liquid is low, causing the pump not to turn on.

At the installation site, remove all equipment from the corrugated box and the polyethylene drum and replace the drum lid. Check the image in Figure 1 below to identify each piece of equipment. 1. Remove the spray nozzles from package. Using the barn diagrams as a guide (Figure 4), run the ¼ inch nylon tubing on the ground around the stall area to be treated, beginning at the tank. 2. Using supplied tubing cutter, cut the tubing squarely to ensure airtight connections at each spray nozzle.

3. Push the tubing firmly into the side of the spray nozzle tee (Figure 5). Pull gently to confirm you have secure connections then push back in. If leakage occurs, remove tubing by pushing on the green circle, pushing the tubing in, pulling the tubing out and then releasing the green circle.

7. Remove the lid from the top of the drum and fill the drum about halfway with clean water. Do NOT put insecticide in the drum until testing is completed. Replace the lid on top of the drum. Do not restrict the float line and tubing. 8.

13. Rotate outer ring of clock dial clockwise to set the time of day (Figure 8). 14. Select the pin for the time of day you want the system to operate by using a ballpoint pen or similar object to move the switch outward into the set position (Figure 8).
