Your healthcare professional
provides you with the
LibreView ID for their practice.
If you use the FreeStyle LibreLink app, you can invite your healthcare professional within the app.
Go to the main menu and select "Connected Applications". Follow the instructions.

up an account (If you have already set up your FreeStyle
LibreLink app, your log in details are the same).
Once logged into LibreView, go to "Menu" and then

"Account Settings" (at the top right).
Click on the tab "My Practices" and enter the ID

of your healthcare professional's practice.
You receive an email invitation from your

healthcare professional.

Click on the link and create a LibreView account.
