1. Select Create backup.
2. Navigate to the memory location.
3. Save backup file.
4. Assign password: Enter password.
�� The password protects your data and must
be entered when importing or restoring the
backup.
Restore last backup:
1. Select the Restore last backup button.
2. Navigate to the backup file and load it.
3. Enter the password that was used to save it.
Restarting the system
If the energy manager's applications are not correctly
executed, it is recommended that you restart the
device.

Select Restart function.
Alternatively, the restart can also be performed on
the device itself.

Diagnosis
The Customer service role can view any energy man-
ager error messages here.

Select Update in order to check the system for
any error messages.
�� Existing error messages are listed in the web
application.
Status and error information can be downloaded. In
this way, this information can also be made available
to a Porsche service partner.
1. Select Download diagnostic file.
2. Navigate to the memory location and save the
file.
Home setup
The Home user role can add and remove power con-
sumers here. Other corrections and supplements can
only be made from within the Customer service role.

When the home setup is performed again, settings
made are automatically saved after 5 minutes of in-
activity.

Only the Customer service user role can make set-
tings for the grid phases.
Assigning current sensors
Only the Customer service user role can make set-
tings for the current sensors.
Configuring power sources
Only the Customer service user role can make set-
tings for the power sources.
Specifying power consumers
Existing power consumers, e.g. garage, sauna, and
EEBus devices, e.g. Porsche Mobile Charger Connect
charger, Porsche Mobile Charger Plus, are specified
here and the current sensors are assigned accord-
ingly to the phases used.
