SOLUTION
Make sure there is fuel in the
tank.
Check the level of oil.
Reassemble the blade disc.
Tighten the nuts well.
Check the alignment of the disc
(see point "misalignment of the
blade disc").
Replace the disc.
Check that the inner diameter of
the disc is the same as the
diameter of the shaft (25.4
mm.).
Replace the blade disc
