The bike rack is also equipped with tilting mechanism.
Simply loosen the knob by turning anticlockwise then
once you hear the click then pull it out to allow the tray
to tilt down.

After cargo access, please pull the tray back to
mainframe then rotate the knob clockwise to
tighten it.

- Page 2 First fix the upper arm post with bolts and nuts. Fix the draw bar to the main frame with bolts and nuts. Use the strap with buckle to fix the first and second bike to bike rack. Use the strap with buckle to fix the bike wheels to bike rack.
