Wiring diagrams for connecting the SW-300 can be found under the "Connections" section. There are diagrams for when the amplifier is equipped with a Subwoofer Pre-Out jack and when the amplifier is not equipped with a Subwoofer Pre-Out Jack.
You can adjust the sound settings using the VOLUME CONTROL, LOW PASS CROSSOVER knob, and PHASE switch. These controls can be adjusted to match the listening room conditions and/or the characteristics of the left and right front speakers. The VOLUME CONTROL adjusts the volume level, the LOW PASS CROSSOVER knob adjusts the balance between the bass from the front speakers and the subwoofer, and the PHASE switch changes the speaker sound phase to vary the tonal quality of the bass.
You can turn on the subwoofer by using the POWER switch or by utilizing the AUTO SHUTOFF switch. If you set both the POWER and AUTO SHUTOFF switches to the ON positions, the power will switch on automatically when a signal is applied to an input (either HIGH LEVEL INPUT or LOW LEVEL INPUT).
