If the package has suffered rough handling, bumps or damage (visible or concealed), please note it on the bill of lading before accepting the delivery and contact Omcan within 24 hours, so we may initiate a claim with the carrier. A detailed report on the extent of the damage caused to the machine must be filled out within three days, from the delivery date shown in the shipping documents. -

Installation • The equipment and its individual shutoff valve must be disconnected from the gas supply piping system during any pressure testing of that system at test pressures in excess of ½ psi (3.5 kPa). • The equipment must be isolated from the gas supply piping system by closing its individual manual shutoff valve during any pressure testing of the gas supply piping system at test pressures equal to or less than ½... -

Operation LIGHTING THE PILOT The manifold units are equipped with standing pilots and each should be lit immediately after the gas is supplied to the equipment. 1. Before attempting to light the pilots, turn off the main gas valve to the equipment and wait 5 minutes to clear the gas. -

Maintenance COMPONENT PARTS The broiler comes with several standard parts as illustrated. Each can be easily removed and installed easily by hand for cleaning and maintenance. Note that the Burner and Deflector are an assembly and are NOT designed to be disassembled. CLEANING Spits may be immersed in strong commercial cleaning compound overnight. -
