(2) 2" x 4" x 22" BULLNOSE PLASTIC SLATS

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE ASSEMBLY
-Check materials list to verify all items have been
shipped. Extra hardware may be included
-Assembly will require two people.
-Assemble the chair on a flat and level surface.
Step 1. With one person each holding a chair end
upright, position a chair slat against the mount-
ing ledge, and even with the edge of each chair
end. For ease in spacing, this slat can rest on the
arm support bar. See Picture 'A' . Ensure the edges
of the slat and chair ends are even, attach the slat
to the mounting ledge using 5/16" hex lag screws
and flat washers. See Picture 'B' .

- Page 2 Step 2. Still holding the chair ends upright, po- sition another chair slat against the mounting ledge on the seat side and even with the edge of each chair end. This slat will be positioned against the arm upright. (See Picture ‘C’) Ensure the edges of the slat and chair ends are even, at- tach the slat to the mounting ledge using 5/16”...
- Page 3 Step 5. Place the remaining two slats evenly spaced with the attached slats on the chair end mounting ledge and attach using 5/16” lag screws and flat washers. See Picture ‘H’ . Picture H Step 6. Center the armrest slats on each mount- ing surface aligning the outside edges.
