■TOT ( TIME-OUT TIMER)
TOT is the function that prevents from locking up a repeater or frequency by
prolonged keying of PTT� The time-out timer limits the amount of time you have
to transmit your message. When you reach the time limit which has been pro-
grammed by your dealer, your transmission will be cut off. In order to transmit
again, you must push PTT button to reset the timer�
