2 Configuration and Operation
If no BS signal is received that is above the defined CINR threshold, the CPE will
complete a scan of all defined frequencies in the scanner. Once the scan is
complete, the CPE will try to connect to the BS with the highest CINR irrespective
of the defined priorities.
