4. Buckle the Vehicle Lap/Shoulder Seat Belt
Be sure the lap portion of the vehicle seat belt
goes under both armrests and the shoulder belt
goes under the armrest on the buckle side.
Be sure the lap portion of the vehicle seat belt
lies low across your child's hips.
Be sure the shoulder belt lies across your
child's shoulder, between the neck and edge of
shoulder.
