GENERAL MAINTENANCE Your Printer Head Needs Cleaning When: Printing is not clear Some of the columns on the printed receipt are nor clear Feeding the paper is abnormally noisy. Procedure to clean the Head: Turn off the printer, disconnect the power cord, open the cover and remove paper roll. -
