INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE This clipper is so easy to use, but before you do anything you must take your time to charge the unit for 16 hours before its first use. Even if you want to use it plugged in straight from the mains, this initial charge ensures optimum power performance to give smooth fast cutting every time.

COMB GUIDES The appliance is supplied with a left and right ear comb guide and 8 hair comb guides. The comb guides are marked with the following grade number: Cutting Length Grade 9.5mm 13mm 16mm 19mm 22mm 25mm • To attach a comb guide, ensure the appliance is switched off. Position the comb guide over the front of the clipper blade and slide over the head.

• To attach the ear comb guides, choose either the left or right guide depending on which ear you are cutting above. Angle the clipper and gently stroke around the ear towards the back of the neck. FINE ADJUSTMENT TAPER LEVER The adjustable taper lever enables the cutting length to be adjusted between grade lengths.

TURBO BOOST FEATURE This clipper is equipped with a turbo boost button. When activated, this will provide 10% more cutting power. This is useful for cutting through thicker hair.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE After each use, clean the head as follows: 1. Switch the clipper off or unplug if mains operated. 2. Remove the head from the clipper as shown below (fig 1). 3. Using the cleaning brush, gently brush and blow any hairs from the blade and head.
BATTERY DISPOSAL The appliance contains Nickel Metal-Hydrate batteries. To protect the environment, the appliance must be disposed of safely at the end of its useful life. Please take the appliance to a recycling centre, where the internal rechargeable battery should be removed by a professional and recycled separately.
