Explanations and notes
Select the dryness level (e.g. Cupboard Dry) or the drying time (20 mins up to 3 hrs
30 mins, depending on the model and program).
Select the dryness level according to the laundry to be dried.
If you have selected a dryness level, this is stored for all programs, except for Cot-
tons, even after the dryer has been switched off.
The higher the degree of dryness, the longer the programme duration.
Note:
Multi-layered, thick laundry that does not dry readily.
Normal, single-layered laundry.
Normal, single-layered laundry that still needs to be damp after drying and is suitable
for ironing or hanging up.
The drum moves the laundry at regular intervals for 60 to 120 minutes after drying,
in any program, to prevent creasing.
The program will end in between 1 h and 24 h. Set the "Finished in" time in incre-
ments of one hour to delay the start of the program. The required number of hours
after the program ends is displayed on the display panel.
You can activate or deactivate the childproof lock by pressing the two selection but-
tons Ö Ö on the left at the same time and holding them for 3 seconds.
Select the button and the menu will be displayed in the display panel.
For the spin class, set the spin speed at which the laundry has been spun in the
washing machine. This permits the expected drying time to be indicated more pre-
cisely. Speeds of between 600 and 1800 rpm can be selected. Default setting:
1000 rpm
If the laundry is too damp after drying, you can finely adjust the dryness levels e.g.
Cupboard Dry. The dryness level can be increased in three stages, from +1 to +3.
If you have adjusted the dryness level, the setting for all programs with a selectable
dryness level is retained even after the dryer is switched off.
Reduced temperature for delicate fabrics, e.g. polyacrylic or elastane, may increase
the drying time.
You can save individual program settings under Memory 1 and 2.
Select the required program settings and press the 9 (Memory 1) or : (Mem-
ory 2) button for 3 seconds until the display panel shows that Memory program 1
or 2 is saved. Your selected program settings are retained even after the dryer is
switched off.
Default setting: No Memory program saved.
Press both buttons at the same time and hold them for 3 seconds. The menu will be
displayed in the display panel.
